About Tiare

Tiare Kabazawa was born and raised on the windward coast of Oʻahu and graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi with degrees in Marketing and International Business. Deeply rooted in her community, she is passionate about helping clients build wealth through homeownership while providing an exceptional real estate experience.

Tiare's background in luxury retail and one of Hawaiʻi's premier master-planned communities shaped her high standard of service, attention to detail, and client-first approach. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty's top-producing Honolulu office, she specializes in residential and luxury real estate across Oʻahu, combining strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and clear communication to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

She holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, earned by fewer than 2% of real estate agents nationwide, and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Passionate about giving back to the industry, Tiare serves as Secretary of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of Oʻahu and is an Inman Connect Community Leader. In 2026, she received the Inman Connect Community Leadership Award in recognition of her commitment to fostering meaningful connections and supporting fellow real estate professionals. She also previously served as President of Toastmasters International within her office, helping agents strengthen their communication and leadership skills.

Having lived abroad in South Korea, Tiare values building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and brings empathy, adaptability, and professionalism to every client interaction.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their Silky Terrier, Apple. Inspired by her family's experience with cancer, she regularly grows and donates her hair to support those undergoing treatment.
