Selling a property from the mainland has it challenges, but because of Tiare's willingness to go above and beyond, it was the smoothest transition ever. Tiare really cares about her clients and was willing to do whatever it took to make sure everything was done on time. She met with every potential [buyer] and didn't rely on the lockbox. Also, she met with all of the inspectors, workers, etc. She was a lifesaver. I will definitely work with her again and refer her to anyone that has real estate needs on Oahu! She is the best!
